| Updated information about Guns 'n Roses leak |

Earlier this week we talked about Kevin Cogill, aka Swkerl being arrested by the FBI for releasing previously unreleased Guns n Roses tracks on his website. We finally got our hands on the court complaint which gives us a good timeline. Here it is for all of you who care.
On June 23, 2008 the FBI agent interviewed Skwerl and at that time he in fact admitted to posting the songs online and that he wrote the email response to the lawyer earlier.
On June 24, 2008 the FBI agent interviewed Skwerl at his house, where he signed a confession which stated he posted the unreleased songs.
On August 21, 2008 the admin of the domain gave the FBI agent the ip that the songs were uploaded from, the FBI traced it back to Skwerl’s place of employment.
On August 23, 2008 the FBI agent called Skwerl and stated that he uploaded the songs from his work.
